We've got the answers for your questions

Can I still take other electives as a member of HACS?

Yes, you can still take other electives, only one class per year is dedicated to the computer science pathway. HACS students have the availability to join any clubs or other electives that they may be interested in, and in case of implication the administration will make sure to help work something out.

What if I'm not districted for Hiram or I'm too far away?

Don't worry, we have you covered! Even if students are not districted to Hiram High School, we have many hubs around the county where our bus will pick you up.

Can I participate in sports and extracurriculars?

Absolutely! We have numerous students in HACS who are also members of clubs and sports. HACS will in no way restrict activities outside the classroom.

Will I take classes with students outside of HACS?

Yes, although HACS-related academic classes will be taken with your HACS cohort, electives and other classes are open to everyone.
